The Warriors notched an important MEC win Wednesday night, defeating the visiting Cowan Blackhawks 25-27, 25-19, 25-17, 26-24. Aerionna Strahan led the attack with 15 kills, Cassy Wilson had 6 aces, Grace Bond led four players in double-figure digs with 15, and Sarah Smoot had 30 assists. The Warriors (6-6) travel to the Noblesville Invitational Saturday. The Warrior JV moved to 7-1 with a 2-1 victory.
